These Terms govern your use of the cxOptima marketing website (the "Site"), operated by Universal IT Solutions Limited ("UITS"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. Use of the cxOptima product is governed by a separate agreement.

Intellectual property

The Site, its content and the cxOptima and UITS names and logos are owned by UITS or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without permission, except as needed to view the Site normally.

The Site is provided "as is" for general information. We make no warranties about its accuracy or availability, and content may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, UITS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.
